Contributor License Agreement

# 1. Contributions

This Contributor License Agreement applies when you submit code, documentation, designs, issues, ideas, feedback, or other contributions to YIQILAI.TECH projects.

By submitting a contribution, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that YIQILAI.TECH may use it as described below.

# 2. Copyright License

You grant YIQILAI.TECH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense, and prepare derivative works from your contributions.

This license lets YIQILAI.TECH maintain, ship, document, and improve its websites, products, and related open or private repositories.

# 3. Patent License

If your contribution includes patent rights that you can license, you grant YIQILAI.TECH and downstream users a non-exclusive, royalty-free patent license to make, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer your contribution as part of the relevant project.

This patent license applies only to claims necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or by its combination with the project to which it was submitted.

# 4. Representations

You represent that each contribution is your original work or that you have sufficient rights to submit it under this agreement.

If a contribution includes third-party material, you must clearly identify that material and the applicable license or restriction.

# 5. No Support Obligation

You are not required to provide support for your contributions unless you separately agree to do so.

Contributions are provided as-is, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
